In 2023, Attorneys Don Boyd and Brittany Cowan started their own law practice, specializing exclusively in community association law. With over 25 years of legal experience, their goal is to provide practical, cost-effective solutions that meet the unique needs of each community association they serve.

Donald S. Boyd, Esq.

Partner / Co-Founder

With over 18 years of experience in the legal field, Don has become a trusted advisor to community associations of all types and sizes. Don earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami, School of Law with honors where he focused on litigation, property law and dispute resolution. Don has worked for a variety of law firms in Southwest Florida. Most recently, Don has focused exclusively on assisting and handling community association matters. Don’s significant litigation experience provides a unique perspective to assist community associations resolve any type of legal dispute. Don has helped countless associations navigate complex legal issues and achieve their goals. Don is committed to providing practical, cost-effective solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Don is an active member of The Florida Bar and also licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in the State of Florida as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Brittany M. Cowan, Esq.

Brittany graduated cum laude from Ave Maria School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review, served as Master of the Rolls for the Delta Theta Phi fraternity, and as Vice President of the Women’s Law Association. She is also passionate about community outreach, volunteering as a youth volleyball coach at the Naples YMCA and serving on the NextGen Board for the Naples Shelter for Abused Women and Children. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and represents local community associations with complex legal matters. Brittany is eager to continue her longtime desire to serve others, using her legal experience to provide guidance and support to community associations and their boards.
