We provide mediation, arbitration, and litigation to resolve disputes for Condos, Co-Ops, Country Clubs, and HOAs, representing both sides.

Board Governance

We advise boards on governance and operational procedures to comply with Florida law and documents, offering ongoing legal counsel to associations.

Preservation + Revitalization

We assist HOAs in preserving governing documents under the Marketable Record Title Act and revitalize them if expired or extinguished.

Compliance

We ensure your association complies with federal and state laws, including fair debt collections practices, fair housing requirements, and SIRS and milestone inspections or recertifications.

Violations + Enforcement

We work with the board to establish enforcement procedures. We also create custom templates for violations, fines, and suspensions to address owner non-compliance.

We create collections policies for your community, send statutory notices for unpaid assessments, and pursue foreclosure for delinquent accounts.
